طراحی پروفیل ریسک محصول خربزه شهرستان مشهد

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: بخش کشاورزی و فعالیت­های مرتبط با آن دارای ویژگی­های خاصی است، که آن را به شدت در معرض خطرات و آسیب­های متعدد و غیرقابل پیش­بینی و در نتیجه خسارات و مشکلات فراوان قرار داده است.  بنابراین، شناسایی و ارزیابی این خطرات و آسیب­­ها می­تواند کشاورزان را در اتخاذ تصمیم­گیری­ صحیح یاری نماید. هدف از مطالعۀ حاضر، شناسایی و ارزیابی ریسک­های تولید محصول خربزه و تهیۀ پروفیل ریسک­هایِ تولید این محصول می­باشد.
مواد و روش­ها: برای ارزیابی خسارت هر یک از ریسک­هایِ تولید از دو معیار فراوانی وقوع و میزان اثر ریسک و در نهایت از ماتریس ریسک استفاده شده است. حجم نمونۀ مورد مطالعه با استفاده از نمونه­گیری تصادفی ساده تعیین و اطلاعات از طریق مصاحبۀ حضوری با 50 کشاورز خربزه­کار شهرستان مشهد در سال 1398 جمع­آوری گردید.
یافته­ها: نتایج حاصل نشان می­دهد بزرگترین ناحیۀ ریسکی از لحاظ فراوانی ریسک و اثر ریسک به ناحیۀ پنجم شامل ریسک خشکسالی، آفات، بیماری­های مختلف، پرندگان و مگس خربزه و سپس ناحیۀ اول با 4 ریسک و ناحیۀ دوم و سوم هر کدام با 1 ریسک اختصاص دارد.
بحث و نتیجه­گیری: استفاده از پروفیل ریسک برای طراحی الگوها و پوشش بیمه­ای متناسب با ریسک­ها برای کاهش زیان وارده به صندوق بیمه و تحت پوشش قرار گرفتن ریسک­های اصلی و مهم در تولید خربزه برای افزایش تقاضای بیمه پیشنهاد شد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The agricultural sector and its related activities have certain characteristics, which expose it to numerous unforeseen risks and damages, resulting in multiple losses and problems. Therefore, identifying and evaluating these risks and damages can help farmers make the right decisions. The purpose of the present study is to identify and evaluate melon crop production risks, and to prepare risk profiles for this crop.
Materials and Methods: Two criteria of frequency of occurrence and extent of risk, and finally risk matrix were used to assess the damage of each production risks. The sample size was determined based on simple random sampling procedure and the data were collected through face-to-face interviews with 50 melon farmers in Mashhad in 2019.
Findings: Study findings suggest that the largest risk area in terms of risk frequency and risk effect is assigned to the fifth area including drought risk, pests, various illnesses, birds and melon fly, following by the first area with 4 risks and the second and third areas with 1 risk.
Conclusion: We highly recommend the use of risk profiles to design patterns and insurance coverage which fits various risks. As a result, losses of insurance fund will mitigate and major and important risks in melon production will be covered, and thus, insurance demand will increase.
