تعیین غرامت و نرخ حق بیمه ی عملکرد دوساله برای ارقام برنج (مطالعه موردی: بخش نوکنده‌کا شهرستان قائمشهر)

چکیده

هدف مطالعه حاضر معرفی بیمه عملکرد دو ساله و تعیین نرخ حق بیمه و غرامت بیمه عملکرد دو ساله برای محصول شلتوک برنج در بخش نوکنده‌کا شهرستان قائم‌شهر استان مازندران است. داده‌های مورد نیاز از صندوق بیمه محصولات کشاورزی و اداره جهاد کشاورزی شهرستان قائم‌شهر و بخش نوکنده‌کا در سال 1400جمع‌آوری گردید. در این مطالعه تابع توزیع‌های احتمال ( شامل توزیع نرمال، بتا و گاما) محاسبه و بهترین توزیع احتمال برای احتمال وقوع غرامت سالانه و پایان دو سال هریک از ارقام طارم و شیرودی برآورد شد. سپس براساس روش پرداخت جرئی معرفی شده توسط چن و گووین، سطوح پوشش بیمه یکساله و دوساله و مقادیر پرداخت‌های جزئی تعیین و سناریو سازی انجام شد. نتایج مطالعه نرخ حق بیمه تعیین شده برای رقم شیرودی را بیشتر از رقم طارم نشان داد نتایج سناریو‌های مختلف سطح پوشش برای ارقام برنج نشان داد که افزایش سطح پوشش بیمه منجر به افزایش غرامت و افزایش نرخ حق بیمه می‌شود، ولی درصد تغییرات غرامت از درصد تغییرات نرخ حق بیمه بیشتر است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study is to introduce two-year yield insurance and determine the premium rate and Indemnity of two-year yield insurance for rice paddy crop in Nokandeh-ka county of Mazandaran province Qaimshahr city. The data required for the study were collected from the Agricultural Products Insurance Fund and Agricultural Jihad Department of Qaimshahr and Noukandeh- ka county in the year 2021. In this study, the probability distribution function (including normal, beta and gamma distribution) was calculated and was estimated best probability distribution for the probability of annual Indemnity and the end of two years of each Tarom and Shiroudi varieties. Then, based on the partial payment method introduced by Chen and Goodwin, one-year and two-year insurance coverage levels and partial payments were determined and created a scenario. The results of the study showed that the insurance premium rate determined for the Shiroudi variety is higher than the Tarom variety. The results showed that an increase in the insurance coverage level leads to an increase in Indemnity and insurance premium rate,
